We will be closed Wednesday 11/27 to Sunday 12/1, so that we can spend time with our family and friends for the Thanksgiving holiday. Please EMAIL any questions you have as emails will be monitored and responded too.
It is always our intent to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible. Please see below for some commonly asked questions relating to shipping. If you have more questions please either call or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping is $6.95 for orders in the contiguous United States. Rush shipping charges are extra. Shipping to other countries is calculated during checkout.
What is the contiguous US?
The contiguous US is the lower 48 states. This does not include Alaska or Hawaii.
How long will it take to get to me once it has shipped?
If you are in the 48 Contiguous United States your item will typically take 2-7 business days to get to you once shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. This depends on your location relative to the warehouse. Alaska and Hawaii can take a little longer, as will other countries. Please do not count weekends. UPS will not deliver on Saturday. When shipping orders overseas via USPS, it is hard to give an estimated shipping time line as it depends on how long it takes for a package to get through customs. If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know you would like the item shipped via UPS.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Please either call or email email@example.com to see if an item is available for expedited shipping. There are many products that are custom made when ordered so expedited shipping will not be available on those products. There are extra costs for expedited shipping, contact us for more information.
Will I incur any additional fees shipping to Canada?
Yes, typically you will be charged a brokerage charge for shipping to Canada. We are not responsible for any brokerage charges on any packages shipping to Canada. Those charges come from a combination of Canadian Customs and the shipping companies, like UPS and FedEx. We cannot control these costs as they are not charges that Pampered Puppy charges.
What shipping method will be used?
We use UPS and FedEx or USPS for delivery of most products.
Where will my product ship from?
We are located in Hudson, Wisconsin. Some of our products are shipped from our own warehouse here, and some are shipped from our associated warehouses in California, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and New York. Your product may arrive in several packages due to our multiple warehouses and wanting to get the product to you as soon as possible.
When will my order be processed?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, most times it is processed the same business day, but there are exceptions. If you have questions, please ask. This processing time does not include the shipping and production time, please note the production time listed in the product description page. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday will be processed when business resumes. Please note, to try and prevent fraud you credit card is charged on purchase. For international shipments, not all of our warehouses ship out of the country, so there may be an additional processing time as the item it shipped to our central warehouse.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Items that ship from our warehouse in Wisconsin, you will receive an email from Pampered Puppy with a tracking number.
Do you ship to other Countries besides the United States and Canada?
Yes, Pampered Puppy does ship to most countries. There are extra shipping charges for these products. The shipping cost is calculated during checkout.
