Artisan truffles for pampered puppies
Many a time have we had to tell our sad-faced pampered pup the dreaded words, "no chocolate for doggies." Well...not anymore! We're so excited to introduce Petit Four Legs Artisan Truffles. These ever-so-chocolate-like treats for dogs are the result of years of experience with making truffles for humans. And the best part is the treats are doggie safe as they're made from carob. Also, they're bite-size makes them just perfect for smaller dogs who can sometimes have some troubles wrangling a bigger-sized treat. We love that these treats come in pretty gift boxes of nine treats all wrapped up in a bow, making them not only a tasty treat but also a charming gift.

Crystal paw prints pet bowl
Some doggies are the rough and tumble "give me my dinner in a plastic dish that I will then proceed to nose all the way across the kitchen floor as I eat" types. You know who you are, and we're totally cool with that. But then some pups are of a more, shall we say, refined nature, and today we've got something just for you. Bogati and Company, makers of fine European crystal, have added pet bowls to their line. The Paw Prints Pet Bowl is a tasteful and elegant dining option for the most cultivated of canines. We love the thoughtful details including a star imprint at the bottom of the bowl, along with paw prints along the sides. Made from hand blown polish crystal, the large-sized bowls measure 5 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches and the small bowl clocks in at 4 3/4 x 2 1/2 inches. So pretty.

St. Patrick's Day dog treats
St. Patrick's Day is March 17th. If your pooch is lucky enough to be Irish, or even just Irish by association (which we think is just as good, especially on St. Paddy's day) he or she will definitely want to join in on the festivities. Since all that green beer is clearly out of the question (really, we're serious about that!!), we think these Kool Dog Kafe St. Patrick top hats are a terrific alternative. These gourmet dog treats are made with delicious natural ingredients like cinnamon, honey, carob and yogurt. Woof-yum! Stock up for the holiday, and top 'o the morning, and afternoon, and evening, to you.

Dog bowl chair holder
While cruising Etsy (the place for all things handmade) over the weekend, we found a treasure at the Bella Vita Pet shop--the Chow Chair. Dreamed up by a crafty Texan, these chairs are constructed of solid East Texas pine. Then the artist painstakingly hand paints and personalizes (with a wood cutout) each feeder. This elevated bog bowl deserves a place of honor in your home. We think the classic argyle print and rich tones are too handsome. And yes, they are practical. The ergonomically beneficial stainless steel bowl pops out for easy cleaning. And the best part of working with a small business--if you don't like any of the details on the design you can specify your own.
Sexy granite dog feeder
Did we mention lately how addicted we are to Etsy? No? It's a terrible, terrible addiction, requiring just a little more time out of us each and every week. The latest find? This sexy granite dog feeder - love the wide oval top, so modern and unusual. It comes with two stainless steel bowls (and the bowls themselves are a little different from the usual - deeply sloped sides, very mod looking. The base is made from a wicked dark granite called "Black Galaxy" and raises the feeder just 6 inches from the ground, making it perfect for smaller dog breeds or even the finicky cat. Awesome for the kitchen OR for the garden - built in feeding in your back porch or your garden sounds like a sah-weet idea.
