Beds: The un-crate for dogs
If crate isn't a four-letter-word, neither is bitch, and it's a bitch to be in a crate, unless you're talking about this airy, modern looking quasi-geodesic dome environment for chic chiens and the people who wouldn't put them into just any old ugly c-dash-dash-dash-dash. This item was designed to make the "c" experience less like jail. It's officially called the "eiCrate" and don't think of ei-sore because Ei is the German word for egg. The egg-shaped thing is made from 60 curved wires, and caught the eye of New York Times writers who said "Devoid of right angles, the eiCrate is not only meant to soothe canine psyches, but also to complement the décor of well-appointed homes." Your dog could be barking to get out of one right now, and it would merely mean that she was un-crateful to you!
