Because this, folks, is the puss that greets me every morning when I go to wake her up. Sweet, adorable, imploring me to let her curl back up in her little jammies and get back to the business of sleeping. Oh, my sweet Merry, how you've changed... I remember when YOU were the one dragging ME out of bed every morning (even weekends!!) because you just couldn't wait any longer to greet the day.
