pretzels
// 2008.08.28Years ago while snacking on pretzels while watching a movie, I discovered that the puglet not only loves pretzels (duh... they're food) but that she eats them in the most hilarious way. Most food - even yummy meat - she wolfs down like she hasn't been fed in years. But pretzels - well, those she holds between her paws and delicately breaks off piece by piece until the whole thing is done. Kid you not; takes her four minutes (yeah, I timed her) to eat an entire pretzel. It's the cutest thing, like, ever - like puppy teatime, with raised pinkies and all. :)
Thanks to everyone who posted about the rottie, for injecting common sense (talk to the owner) and humor (put the pug in camo gear) into my little mid-week freakout!
Hi, Our pups like pretzels too but they don't thrill them. I did see something really cute this evening while sitting on the porch swing...Charlie, my little black pug was snuffling around behind me, I looked to see what she was doing and she was happily munching on the blackberries growing in a little patch behind the sing! She was so cute, figuring out how to get one from a higher spot into her sweet puggy mouth. I just love her!

Love this picture. Sometimes I think they think they are human like us, my two pugs do the most funny and sweet things ever.

Priceless photo~ Soooo adorable~her "dainty" way of eating the pretzel reminds me of our boston Fatsa's "dainty" way of eating baby carrots :-)
