// 2005.05.23I was speaking to another dog owner in our neighbourhood this weekend, and she told me that her dog only needs to go out once a day. I was pretty horrified (how dehydrated is this dog, anyway? Merry goes out three times daily!) but even if you put health issues aside... For me, one of the best things about having a dog is that they keep you active, get you the heck out of the house, encourage long walks and playtime, and remind you to have fun. I can't imagine having it any other way. Today, Merry is sporting a Man Magnet Dog Tee and Plaid Pink Dog Collar. :)
I think the owner of that dog that only goes out once is making that poor dog hold it too long. That is just plain mean! Merry's mother is a good Mom!
