Do I purchase products directly from Pampered Puppy?
No - Pampered Puppy is not a store. We're a shopping portal that helps you see a wide selection of products and stores online, in many different ways - by color, by lifestyle and by occasion, for example. Once you find the product you're looking for (or just can't do without!) you can click on the "Buy now" button to go directly from our site to the online store, where you can learn more about the item and, if you want, purchase the product.
Sizing
We wish it wasn't so - but the truth is there's no one standard sizing arrangement in the pet industry. While a large number of manufacturers size by "topline" - meaning the length of your dog's back from collar to tail (so a 12" back would be a size 12, etc.), this is not always true. Please pay extra-special attention, reading the sizing instructions from the online store and measuring your pet carefully before purchasing.
Shipping information
The most commonly asked question we get: do you ship overseas? Since Pampered Puppy is not a store, we do not set the shipping policies for the retailers whose products appear in our Shopping area. Please check the online store's policies for shipping.
Changing my order
If you need to change your order, please contact the retailer from whom you made the initial purchase. Usually, the easiest way to do this is to find the email that the retailer sent you at time of purchase, and hit "reply". This will ensure the retailer who can change your order will receive your request.
Complaints
Customer service is one thing we take VERY seriously at Pampered Puppy. That's why we take such care in selecting the online stores for our Shopping area! While you should always try contacting the retailer first to resolve any complaints, please don't hesitate to contact us if you are unable to get a resolution. We cannot guarantee we'll be able to get you the resolution you're hoping for, but we will do everything we can to resolve the situation!
