Displaying your photos: Part 7 of 8You've always bragged about the princess. Now it's time to do some bragging about you - and your photography skills. Remember to choose the best prints or digital images to show off to friends and family, and set the others aside. Don't be afraid to edit ruthlessly. Here are some of our favorite ways to display great photographs.
Ways to show off printed images:
1. Enlarge your favorite pictures and frame them. Display them around your home or at the office. If you want to enlarge portraits larger than 8 x10, use a slower film speed, like ISO 100 or 200 and ensure that you have enough light. (Remember, slower film requires more light.) Take both the original print and the negative to the lab, especially if you like the colours. If you don't, they can be adjusted.
2. Create photo albums for your princess. Arrange images chronologically or even thematically. We like archival photo albums, because they keep pictures safer longer, with no discoloration or deterioration.

And while photo corners are nice, we find that within a few months, they begin to fall off. We prefer the small sticky double-sided tabs because they'll keep the image in place, and look sharper and tidier. After all, you want the pictures to stand out. Get a nice fine point permanent marker and print captions beneath your photographs. Use your best handwriting, or ask a friend to help if your penmenship is not up to snuff.
3. Create homemade greeting cards with Fido's portrait. This can be fun project for the whole family, especially for the holidays!
