My Pitbull Izzy has SEVERE separation anxiety. I tried just about everything, but the final combination that worked for her was this thundershirt and a low dose of doggie anti-anxiety. This thundershirt is especially helpful during storms, but she uses it daily!! Incredible product, and if it doesn't work you get your money back.
