Fashionista Dog Toys from Haute Diggity Dog
Dog Toys - A Merryvaluation

You know, there are a lot of dog toys out there. Trust me, I know this - half of the world's inventory is littering the floors of our home! But it's not often that you see toys truly worthy of our trendy princesses.
I mean, what does a frog or a hedgehog have to do with being the world's biggest diva pug? (Not that this stops us from buying them for her, but still...)
So when Haute Diggity Dog launched their new line of dog toys and kindly sent along a sample of each for the princess pug's delectation, we were bowled away.
Finally, toys that befit a princess! A fashionista! Someone who knows that handbags are far, far more fun to play with than a hedgehog!
There are four toys in the set we received - a Chewy Vuiton handbag toy, a Chewnel #5 perfume toy, a Jimmy Chew shoe toy, and a bottle toy that reads "Dog Perignnon".
And they are, in a word, fabulous.
One of the things we liked best about these toys is that they're sized for teeny dogs. So many toys out there would dwarf the average Chihuahua, but these toys are made smaller, intentionally, so that no diva need be left out in the cold. (The Chewy Vuiton and "Dog Perignnon" toys are also available in a larger size than shown here, for bigger dogs.)
But really, their main appeal is how smartly they're made - incredible workmanship and detail, particularly in toys so small - and the genuis behind the designs. They're cute, they're clever, and as you can see, they're great fun to play with. (Squeakers inside!) Merry had a blast chasing these around for our photo shoot, and she ended up sleeping with the Chewy Vuiton just last night.
Our hats are off to Haute Diggity Dog for coming up with such a cute idea for toys, and for providing them, finally, different sizes appropriate for all dogs. I think this was our all-time favourite toy review.
Merry says thank you very much for the fun toys! (And so does her Mom, who's enjoying the peace and quiet!)
