Imbalanced and unfunctional. I got this for my dog because she gets a new collar every year. I thought this one would be this year's collar. Thank god it was inexpensive because her new one is on the way. It was nice on her until I put her tags on (all of three). Since the beads are only on the top, the balance of weight became uneven which tilted it literally 90 degrees to the side. Also, when I latched her leash to her collar, it just barely fit into the latch hoop. My suggestion would be to redesign this for balance and functionality.
