Made from 100% cotton, this dress is soft. Has a double skirt and full lining, along with lollipop bows and flower embroidery on the neck and waist. Convenient Velcro closures at the neck and chest make fitting and taking off a breeze. There is an attached D-ring. This dress can only be washed by hand and then hung to dry.
