The Rules
- Contest is open to adults over the age of 18 in Canada and USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Sorry, no international entries will be considered.
- Entries must be sent via email - no more than three (3) images can be submitted. Please make sure each image is at least 800 x 600 pixels.
- By submitting photos to the contest, you verify that you are the photographer AND copyright holder for each photo submitted and have the legal authority to assign reprint rights to Pampered Puppy for the purpose of this contest. You may not submit photos that you have paid another professional to take.
- Please be sure to include your dog's name in the email and a little about them (what they like to do, what their favourite dog treat and/or dog toy is, how they became a part of your family), as well as your own name and state or province of residence.
- Judging (by Pampered Puppy) will happen on April 30th. Winners will be notified via email; they will be announced on the web site May 1st, 2009 or shortly thereafter. All decisions are final.
- By entering, you agree to allow Pampered Puppy to display your submitted photos on the web site (http://www.pamperedpuppy.com) for the purpose of: a) displaying the results of this contest, b) promoting this or future photo contests and c) possible inclusion in our Doggy Desktops blog.
- Winners will receive their prizes 4-6 weeks after notification.
- While we make every attempt to assign the highest retail value prize to the best photo, this is not always possible. When size availability dictates, we must assign prizes to the winner based on dog breed size.
