Piper
Mom: Pam, Georgia
Piper's Mom says: “Piper was found in the storm drain on Saturday June 9, 2007. When we realized she was down there she had already been down there for 3 days. We had about 15 firemen, 5 different fire trucks, 4 city workers and their 2 bosses, and countless neighbors trying for 7 days to get Piper out. After finally digging up and removing 20 feet of storm drain, and blasting out 30 feet of packed Georgia red clay from the end of the pipe using over 4,500 gallons of water... little Piper came out. She's now the newest member of our family.”

Malo stays with my family every time his parents go out of town. He has become a boyfriend to my Pitt-mix and a big brother to my Yorkshire Terrier. They both love him very much. I took this photo of him yesterday while he was laying on our back deck taking a nap as the sun was setting. Just look at those soulful eyes.”

Leo
Dad: Ian, Oregon
Leo's Dad says: “"Leo", my 3 year old Chinese Pug. Since my wife and I do not have children, he fits in perfectly. He was only 8 months old when we bought him, from a newspaper ad. He was the runt of the pack, and we fell in love with him. He's an adventurous trooper, no matter where we are. From the Oregon beaches to the high Oregon desert, he travels. And, his favorite snacks are "Beggin Strips". He can small them from a mile away. Now, he's not just a Pug, but a Super Pug. We do have to be careful, because he will over do himself, and we don't want that. He always goes and goes, what a trooper.”
