Made to match the Ashley Dog Dress, this barrette has a counterpart but can also be worn with other outfits.  Ruff Ruff Couture® makes their products in the USA and adds hand-made embellishments to their barrettes.  Two ribbons with different designs and feel add contrast and depth. The pink gingham ribbon sits atop the hot pink ribbon with a green saddle stitch design.  Adorned with a hand sewn butterfly, this barrette will flutter everyone's heart.
